Baldwin Place is a mixed-use residential development developed in accordance with transit oriented smart growth principles that are a cornerstone of the Journal Square Redevelopment Plan, also known as Journal Square 2060. The site, bounded by Baldwin Avenue and High Street, houses the former Muller Pasta factory, vacant now for seventeen years.
